Rich Spiker, Owner-Builder, has been a Northwest Guilford County resident for 35 years, and has seen first hand the tremendous growth that has been occurring in the area for many years now. He currently resides in Oak Ridge, along with his wife of 16 years, and 2 daughters. Rich is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, and has over 15 years of Banking experience in Commercial and Real Estate finance. 

Rich knows his varied and extensive background leaves him well equipped to deal with all facets of custom home building. His communication and organizational skills, his attention to detail and his pride in workmanship are the key attributes that make Spiker Construction Company so successful. Commie Johnson

"The Lee's" are J. Rick Lee & J. Michael Lee. Rick has been building homes for over 40 years in the NW, his son Michael for over 15 years. They enjoy the creative side of building homes and their personal style is their unique signature. Rick lives in the Northwest area with his wife, Gayle. Mike resides with his wife, Dawn & son, Austin. Both builders have a strong commitment to their day to day activities & are on the job giving their personal touch to each home. 

Both men also believe in relaxing and love to snow ski, hunt, fish and spend time in the Outer Banks with their families. Their excellent customer service skills & follow up have earned them an A+ rating from clients and professionals. 

"The Johnson" side of the buisness has recently merged w/ J. Rick Lee Construction to strengthen their business and expand to the "requested" commercial building business. Also, a father & son team, Commie Johnson has almost 30 years experience in the Commercial Building Industry throughout the Southeast Region to include FL, SC, NC, VA & TN. His resume includes a B.S. from UNC Greensboro, Licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as a Licensed General Contractor. Commie has served as the President for R.L. Casey, Inc, a Commercial Construction Co for over 20 years and retired in 2005 to form this new partnership. 

Along with dad, comes son Casey. Casey Johnson was born with "Contractor" in his blood. His Grandfather & Father started R.L. Casey, Inc 28 years ago and the experience of Casey assisting on the commercial sites every summer during his high school years have attributed to this young mans success. Casey is a graduate of the local North West High School and attained his General Contractor's License at the age of 19. Spending each day at the job sites, he's in good company & he looks to be one of the best young & enthusiastic builders. Casey enjoys hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers and playing baseball.

Eagle Crest started out in 1982 manufacturing & installing custom carpentry items, for both residential and commercial construction.  Projects included store fitting, bar fitting, custom homes, resturants & historic projects on churches, offices and other buildings on historic registers, all over the United Kingdom and Europe.

In 1996 they decided it was time for a new challenge and shortly thereafter moved to America, formed Eagle Crest Construction and obtained a General Contractors License and began designing  and constructing large remodeling/ addition projects and designing & constructing custom homes.
