After working in management for several years she had an opportunity to work with a national homebuilder and has been hooked on Real Estate ever since. Ryan is originally from New York and relocated to the Carolinas in 2000. Ryan is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a BS in Business Management.

KAREN LAWSON

Karen is a native North Carolinian. She moved to Greensboro in 1973 and has lived in Oak Ridge since 1988. Karen has been a realtor since 1985 and has earned GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute),CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designations. Her career started in general real estate, listing & selling existing properties, new construction and land. She devoted 10 years to selling new consrtuction exclusively with a national builder. Her 22+ years in real estate give her the expertise to help with the difficult decision of whether to build a custom home or buy an existing home.
